We planned so many activities for the cabin!
Many of them we were unable to do because of the weather.
So we made the best of all the snow and went sledding!
We also all ate white snow! What a fresh treat!
I spent a lot of time observing and taking pictures in the freezing weather!
Derek and Brooklyn spent days outside making a magnificent snow fort. It had rooms, walkways, a snowball fight bunker, snow chairs and an igloo. The snow was really dry and we were never able to utilize the fort for a good snowball fight!
Jake insisted on a snowman! So on the last day we pounded together the very dry snow and made the very best 1 layered snowman we could.
When all the fun was frozen out of us, we came in and warmed up by the wonderful fire.
