A Date with My Boys

Saturday afternoon we actually had nothing planned. What a miracle!

So Anthony and Derek headed out to the baseball store and I took Carsen and Jake to the library. They had so much fun looking for books and movies and playing with the toys and puzzles. We were in no rush and just enjoyed our time together.

On the way home, we decided to try out Cold Stone Creamery. Ryan & Michelle sent the boys gift cards for their birthdays, so we stopped.

Carsen tried a few flavors before going with cotton candy, strawberry and dreamcicle mixed with gummy bears. Jake was more traditional and got mint with Oreo cookies.

We had a great, relaxing afternoon. One that doesn't come often enough!
