In Phoenix the weather is just about perfect this time of year and to Nana Carlys that means getting your hands in the dirt and planting!
Last week Grumpaw rototillered (is that a word?) the dirt while Nana and I were out to lunch.
This week the boys were able to go over and help Nana plant in that soft, brown soil.
They planted lettuce, watermelon, squash and tomatoes.
They also planted a little herb garden.
BUT
Carsen and Nana couldn't wait to eat it!
