Derek tried out for his school baseball team. He was able to meet many new friends and learned all about school sports.

Derek was one of several catchers. He always does a great job and works hard behind the plate.
Derek also played in right field. He made a lot of great catches!
This season, Derek was Number One.
The coaches were Coach Jason Cobb, Coach Dave Albertson & Coach Keene.
After every game the boys the boys had a team meeting and then ran a few sprints.

At the end of the season the families all had an end of the season party. They played whiffle ball, ate, swam and ate some more.
The Albertsons put together an awesome video of the season for each of the kids and we all watched it together.
The season was great and we cant wait until next year!
