Winter Nationals 2014

From September through December, Derek played baseball on the Peoria Naturals 15U team.  His coaches were Mike Markel, Mike Rockwell and Julio Hernandez.





























Derek continued to play first base, second base, short stop and of course catcher.

 

Derek's bat caught fire and he started to make some great hits deep into the outfield.

 

 

I love watching him play, no matter if they win or lose.  He is always a great player, leader, motivator, athlete and friend.  Nobody gives more every single game than Derek.

 

We are looking forward to his next challenge: High School Baseball!
