On Saturday, May 30, Anthony and I headed up to Williams, AZ for Cub Scout Day Camp at Camp Raymond. We had to leave at 5:00am for this blessed adventure and the boys were all wide awake and ready to go!
The boys had a great day at camp. There were 7 different stations to complete and earn awards at.
One was journaling or story writing.
One was games.
Anthony was a little bored at this station.
One was about the animals in the wild.
The boys were able to touch and examine all kinds of animal pelts and even made a plaster mold of an animal track.
Anthony and Jake participated in a father and son dance off.
The favorite activity of the day was the obstacle course. They all did it over and over and over.
Our final activity was swimming. It was more like playing in the water, but that was ok too.
We are blessed to have such a nice group of cub scouts that we get to work with.
Our male leaders make it a lot of fun for these boys!
