Fun at the Beach

Each year at the beach the kids try different things. Seems like each age has its favorite activities.

This year at the magic age of 7, Carsen discovered boogie boarding.

He also loved to play in the sand, looking for sand crabs & found many friends at the water's edge while he jumped over waves.

At 4, Jake would have NOTHING to do with the water! He played for hours in the sand and collecting sea shells.

My 10 year old Derek was happy in the water skim boarding & boogie boarding. He was also very happy being buried in the sand & just playing with his brothers.

I love to watch all the action from the porch or while digging my bare feet into the dry sand. I love all the memories that we have created over the past 13 years at the little house right on the beach. It brings me happiness & peace. I hope there are many more years to come.
