On our last day to explore Yellowstone we knew we wanted to see Old Faithful. When we got there it was very busy, but we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes to see what we had come for.
There was another geyser going off in the background as well. Old Faithful spurted water for a couple of minutes, while the geyser behind it went off for more than an hour. The difference is Old Faithful goes off every 90 minutes and the others are unpredictable.
After we perused the gift shop and had a ice cream cone, we headed off to find a spot the big boys could fish and the little boys could swim.
Sydney got her feet wet while Carsen and Jake swam in the frigid water.
It didn't last long, but then everyone was able to fish.
