Retirement

Carsen has decided this season of football will be his last.  Regardless of the praises and begging from all of his coaches, he wants some time to "just be home with nowhere to go."

 

This retirement includes all sports, not just football.  So Brennan will start Baseball again this week and Carsen will stay home.  I hope this little break from sports and activities will make him realize what he is missing. Only time will tell.  It is so disappointing to see a boy with so much talent and potential let it go to waste.  

Carsen had a great final season and we are very thankful for Coaches that showed love the boys, not just winning.  They taught them fundamental skills of the game and respect for themselves and others.

Carsen was awarded the MVP for his team!
