This is the place that Derek wants to remember most. He spent hours out at Doug & Kristi's pond.
He has high hopes that one day we will have a pond like this one. What he doesn't realize yet is that on 120 degree Phoenix days, the water and fish just might boil.
The fish were all named and came over to the edge when the dinner bell was rung. One of the fish, Tiara, even eats the food right out of your hand.
Maybe someday Derek...
(On a side note, Doug and Kristi also have chickens that lay beautiful, large brown eggs. The kids all enjoyed checking for the eggs several times a day.)
