I can't believe that Billy is 21! He had turned into such a nice young man.
Our family celebrated his birthday with a surprise party at Macayos.
I am not sure how surprised he was, but we had a good time with him anyway.
Even Grandpa Bill and Grandma Sally were there to celebrate the big day!
He is definitely loved by all of his cousins.
We hope he had a fun party!
