One month ago today, our sweet Carsen was Baptised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I would have blogged sooner, but Randi thought that the pictures had been accidentally deleted. Yesterday she realized that they had mysteriously re-appeared on a random place on her hard drive. I was so happy that she found them and we can document the event!
Our little family got to the Stake Center about 30 minutes before the meeting began. We took a few pictures near the font and then Anthony and Carsen had to get changed.
Randi photographed a little modeling session as Carsen went from pose to pose. He is a little cutie and always keeps us laughing and shaking our head.
Once the boys were changed, we took a kew more family photos out in the hallway.

After a very beautiful program, we all headed to Randi and Mike's for a party!
We planned and prepared a lot of yummy desserts to go with our Red, Black and White decor.
Sydney was an amazing help (as usual) and came up with the great idea to serve Shirley Temples.
Carsen loves desserts/sweets so we catered to the desires of his heart. We had brownies, cookies, cream puffs, chocolate popcorn, cheesecake, cupcakes, chocolate dipped strawberries, red velvet homemade Oreos, cheeses, crackers, pigs in a blanket, spinach dip and more. TO add the the flare, we also every red, black and white candy known to man.
Before the fun ended, Carsen opened a lot of very nice gifts. I hope he always remembers this very special day. On a side note...the following day in church the bishop asked Carsen to stand as the newest member of our ward. We were in the last pew so he stood and waved to all the people in the front and turned to wave to all the people in the back. He was like a little celebrity. Everyone was cracking up! We can always count on Carsen for a little laughter! We love you Carsen and are very proud of you.

I love this boy more than life. He always makes me smile and keeps me wanting my own children...I hate that. :)
