Temecula Treats

While in San Diego, we always have the pleasure of visiting with Anthony's sister and her family.  My kids love their cousins so much.  They have always had a special bond with them, even though they are years apart and hundreds of miles away.  Family is family and Marie has always treated us so well.  We are truly blessed to have this special relationship with them.

This year we left the beach house and headed for Temecula.  We wanted to see Rebecca play her little heart out in her soccer tournament.  During the game Matthew took the boys to the park to play while Marie and I visited and watched the game.
After the game we headed over to Marie's house for a BBQ and swim party.

The swimming turned out to be a lot of fun because Marie had a squirt gun for each person and Becca had filled up an ice chest with water balloons.

After we had played and talked for hours, we turned on the BBQ pit and made smores.   Marie had the biggest marshmallows in the world and they were delicious, but very messy.

About 8 pm we reluctantly said our goodbyes and loaded up for the drive back to Imperial Beach.
