Disneyland

As our shoes began to dry, we raced over to Disneyland.  We had a lot of rides we wanted to go on and we knew we were in a bit of a hurry.

We did stop for the traditional photos cause that was my rule!  Any pictures I wanted.  We could go fast or whine about it and go slow.  There would be pictures either way.

We had to stop by and ride Pooh since we knew we would run into Sydney.  She was so cute at her ride station.

We also all went on Star Tours and Space Mountain.  We even ran into the storm troopers, but couldn't get an autograph.

Another fun ride was Autopia.  Carsen and Brennan had the car in front of us and it was all over the road.  When we got off I asked who was driving and the boys laughed and said NO ONE!

Buzz Lightyear  was fun for Me, Carsen and Jake.  Margene took Brennan and Derek on the Matterhorn, but we took the less jerky route.

One of the boys other favorites was the Astro Orbitor.

We were able to catch the Holiday Parade before we headed to Thunder Mountain Railroad.  Jake waited with Margene while I took the older 3 boys.  I was shocked, but he was done.  The boys rode an additional 3 times before we had to head over to main street to get our spot for fireworks.

We waited in the chilly weather.  Sydney got off work and came to watch the fireworks with us.  Just as the show was about to begin, they made an announcement that there was too much wind and the fireworks would be postponed.  After 2 of these announcements, we decided to head back to California Adventure for World of Color.  It was so beautiful and we all enjoyed it, but I was sad not to share the magic and snow at Disney.  We then headed to shop at Downtown Disney and then crashed at the hotel.  We were exhausted!

Friday morning we woke up early and played in the hot tub, before we headed for home.  We picked up Sydney and headed East for Phoenix.  We had Randi's baby shower to set up!

We stopped for lunch and we also stopped for the boys to potty at a rest stop.  While they were in the rest room, we decided it would be funny to move the car.  Brennan was first and ran right to us.  Derek and Jake ran to the old spot and then realized we had moved.  They laughed all the way to the car.  Carsen came out last and noticed he car was gone immediately.  He had a very concerned look on his face for a couple seconds, but then scanned the lot for us.  It was just a little humor after many, many long hours of vacation.  We had a great time together at Disney!
