My mom made us dress up every year for family portraits. We all despised that trip, but now that we are grown up, we are so grateful for those memories and especially those pictures. We didn't have little digital cameras back then to capture every moment. I don't know if we had a camera before the Cannon Snappy I got for 8th grade graduation. That camera was used so much, for every occasion, all the way through Ryan's mission. Anyway.... I now make my family take pictures every single year, whether they want to or not (OK it is always not).
